An introduction to Can Ferragut
Located in a peaceful area, six kilometres from the old town of Pollensa and its attractive sandy bay, Ca'n Ferragut is a cosy, comfortable villa, whose front is secluded by mature shrubs.
A pleasant grassed area with a large palm tree leads to the entrance of the villa, which opens on to an interior furnished in pine and set on ochre floor tiles with a pretty Majorcan border. A double bedroom with separate dressing area and large wardrobe is housed on the upper floor, together with a full bathroom. On the ground floor you will find two twin bedrooms, both with plenty of wardrobe space, a shower room and an open plan living room with kitchen.
A covered patio leads to the swimming pool at the front of the house. The pool is fringed by a lawn which is home to an attractive fig tree and provides a vantage point from which to take in views over the glorious surrounding countryside. The mature plants really do enhance this villa and make it completely at home in its woodland surroundings. Complete relaxation comes easily here.
