An introduction to Villa Can Moscard
The Ca'n Moscard villa is well located, just a ten minute drive to Pollensa and less than five minutes from the beach. The large covered terrace is the perfect place for cooking a barbecue after the sun has gone down or reading a book in the cool shade. The cosy lounge and dining room and separate kitchen have wooden furnishings, giving a very rustic feel to the house. Encircled by farmland Ca'n Moscard has the benefit of being close to the town while being far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.
It's not far to Pollensa's old town with a Roman bridge on the outskirts, which gives you an idea of Pollensa's long history. The name dates back to the 14th century when settlers from nearby Alcudia named the town after their former Roman capital. Not all is old in the town, which has some fine new restaurants along the village streets and in the square with some interesting new art galleries.

The resorts of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa are lovely. This villa is a disgrace. It smells of damp, the walls and roof has damp in it, the bedding was damp and dirty. I can't describe how bad the smell was. I could go on but I won't. Be warned... more on this review
