An introduction to Can Servera
Although this villa overlooks unspoilt, rolling countryside, it is just four minutes' walk into the picturesque village of Santanyi with a couple of restaurants and shops, and just 4.5 kilometres to the extremely pretty beach of Cala Santanyi.
The beaches of Cala Mondrago, Cala D'or and Porto Colom are just a short drive further along this lovely stretch of coastline, making this villa an extremely good choice for families wanting peace and quiet coupled with easy access to a range of beaches and shops.
Newly built, the villa benefits from a bright and modern open plan living-dining room, with a well equipped kitchen. On the same level are a bathroom and the two bedrooms, which are very attractively furnished, the twin room with Majorcan antique beds.
Outside, there is a large terrace and a grassed area, and a refreshing swimming pool, with roman steps leading into it and sunloungers arranged on the poolside.
There is also a small built-in barbecue outside, where you can rustle up some tasty al fresco meals, perhaps some freshly caught fish bought from the nearby fishing village of Cala Figuera, which sits picturesquely on the coast just seven kilometres from here.
